Riverwood Cottage was fully restored in 2020 by owners Barry and Christine. Originally built in 1916, the cottage was part of Sunnydale Mill established by Sir MacPherson Robertson (Founder of MacRobertsons Confectionary who created the Freddo Frog, Old Gold, Snack, Columbines and Cherry Ripe before being sold to Cadbury in 1967).
