This beautifully crafted tiny house is perfect for a couples cosy getaway with a difference. It has it’s own car park and garden area giving you the sense of privacy during your peaceful stay.

The Bedford & Breakfast can also be used in conjunction with the main accommodation for larger group bookings over 6 guests when available.

Like The Canvas Barn, it has been hand built with love which is seen throughout it’s fine detail, ensuring a most memorable, comfortable and unique accomodation experience.

Suitable for 2 guests, with the option of a fold down single bed, suitable for a child.

Being off grid is the perfect excuse for a break from the digital world. Bring your favourite book, and enjoy a digital detox in the heart of the Old Warburton Valley. Stay in for the day or regenerate after a busy day exploring the amazing surroundings.

For our breakfast range we have selected a lovely gluten free granola, Yarra Valley condiments and the locally roasted, Fair Trade Silva coffee. Alternative milks available on request.There is a fridge, toaster, kettle, Webber bbq and portable hot plate with frying pan and saucepan for your cooking needs.

Many guests enjoy bike riding, from the scenic rail trail ride from liydale or adventurous mountain biking in the surrounding hills we have the place for you to store, charge and service your bikes!

The Bedford & Breakfast is a unique, hand created space that is off grid, so we are naturally conscious of our environmental impact. Therefore in the building process, we have insured excellent insulation and double glazed windows that are planned out in a way to provide cross ventilation for natures air conditioner. There is also a super cute mini wood burner to provide sufficient heating for those cooler months.
